Honourable Mention: Tiger Woods’ wiener problems continue

It was in the otherwise innocuous Frys.com Open in San Martin, California that Tiger Woods was “assaulted” by an unknown attacker, who ran onto the green and threw a wiener (or, sausage) at him.

NFL, Week 9. The Arizona Cardinals (bad team) are hosting the St. Louis Rams (worse team). Game is tied, 23-23 at the end of the fourth quarter, so they go to overtime (first to score, wins). This happened:

 

16. Nick Collins’ Super Bowl pick-6

There were a lot of exciting plays in this year’s Super Bowl, in which the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers. For me, Nick Collins’ first quarter interception return for a touchdown was the most exciting.
